Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery details, including your full address and postcode, are correct at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, with a choice of two tracked delivery options available at checkout.

UK Shipping

​We offer delivery to eligible UK addresses served by Royal Mail, including the Scottish Highlands and eligible island addresses. Standard UK shipping rates apply to destinations covered by our usual delivery options.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch, depending on the service selected and your location. Some remote areas may take longer.

Northern Ireland: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland due to product compliance requirements.

Isle of Man & Isle of Wight

​We can accept orders for the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight, subject to the availability of a suitable Royal Mail service. Standard UK shipping rates will apply where our usual delivery options are available.

Jersey & Guernsey

​We may be able to accommodate orders to Jersey and Guernsey on request. Please email us at info@wildnaturecandles.co.uk before placing your order so we can check delivery availability and confirm the shipping cost.

Additional postage charges and any applicable customs or import requirements may apply.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping as standard through our website.

If you're outside our usual delivery areas and would like to place an order, please email info@wildnaturecandles.co.uk. We'll do our best to help.
