Returns Policy

We hope you love your Wild Nature Candles as much as we loved making them. However, if for any reason you would like to return your item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer law.

Please email us at info@wildnaturecandles.co.uk within this 14-day period to let us know you wish to make a return.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• Returns must be sent using a reputable postal service, with proof of postage included. We recommend keeping this receipt until your refund has been processed.

• Refunds will not be issued without proof of postage.

As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returns unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. If your item is damaged upon arrival:

• Please email photos of the damage to us at wildnaturecandles@yahoo.com as soon as possible.

• We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund, and we will cover return postage in these cases.

• Replacements will be sent to the original shipping address unless otherwise requested.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once received.
