Wax Melt Care

Use your wax melts in a burner designed for wax melts, with an unscented 4-hour tea light.

Place your burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from draughts or flammable items.

Do not add water or overfill the dish.

Always keep burners out of reach of children and pets, and never leave a lit tea light unattended.

Allow the wax to cool and fully harden before removing it from the burner. Once hardened, the wax can be disposed of in your household waste. Please do not pour melted wax down the drain.

 

Contains: (E)-1-(2,6,6-trimethyl-1,3-cyclohexadien-1-yl)-2-buten-1-one, alpha-isomethyl ionone, citronellol, dihydro pentamethylindanone (DPMI), eugenol, geraniol, tetrahydrolinalool, tetramethyl acetyloctahydronaphthalenes.

May produce an allergic reaction.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Orders over £45 are shipped free using standard 48hr tracked delivery.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, including your full address and postcode. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, with a choice of two tracked delivery options available at checkout:

Standard delivery – £3.95
Express delivery – £4.95

UK Mainland Shipping

Our standard shipping rates apply to orders within the UK only, excluding NI. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the shipping method selected.

We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time — sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay up to date.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping as standard via the website.

However, if you're located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please email us at info@wildnaturecandles.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that:

Delivery times will vary depending on your location
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

Each order is carefully packed using recyclable, plastic-free materials wherever possible.

We hope you love your Wild Nature Candles as much as we loved making them. However, if for any reason you would like to return your item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer law.

Please email us at info@wildnaturecandles.co.uk within this 14-day period to let us know you wish to make a return.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• Returns must be sent using a reputable postal service, with proof of postage included. We recommend keeping this receipt until your refund has been processed.

• Refunds will not be issued without proof of postage.

As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returns unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. If your item is damaged upon arrival:

• Please email photos of the damage to us at info@wildnaturecandles.co.uk as soon as possible.

• We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund, and we will cover return postage in these cases.

• Replacements will be sent to the original shipping address unless otherwise requested.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once received.
