We love our beautiful planet and want to do everything we possibly can to look after it!

We know that climate change is happening but the problem is still solvable and we have a way to help. To help us tread as lightly as possible on the planet, we will fund the planting of 1 tree for every product you buy through our tree-planting partner JUST ONE Tree.

JUST ONE Tree is a UK based non-profit initiative removing CO2 from the atmosphere and reversing biodiversity loss through global reforestation. They plant trees in areas serverely affected by deforestation to maximise the effect on reducing global warming. In the process they help to provide agricultural education and sustainable incomes to local communities.

JUST ONE Tree concentrates on restoring the entire ecosystem by planting on land and in the oceans, and they also focus on helping to shape the next generation of planet-conscious thinkers by bringing enviromental education into our classrooms with lesson plans and JUST ONE Tree Day.

JUST ONE Tree currently have reforestation projects in -

Indonesia, Brazil, Mozambique, Madagascar, Kenya, Nepal, Haiti, Zambia and The Oceans

Although the UK and Europe have lost half their original forests, and there is no doubt these forests need to be replaced, there is scientific evidence that planting forests nearer the equator has the greatest cooling effect on the planet. As we are facing a climate emergency, they feel it is better to plant 10-15 trees in these countries than 1 tree closer to home. 

That being said, they will be exploring the possibility of expanding into local planting projects in the future.
