All our products are sent out by Royal Mail with a choice of 2 delivery options. For orders over £45 delivery is free using the second class tracked delivery service. We cannot be liable for delays caused by a third party, or for incorrect information regarding delivery addresses. Please check all info carefully before submitting your order.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your product as much as we loved making it. If for any reason you wish to return your product you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us and let us know you wish to return an item within this time frame. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and in a resellable condition and posted with adequate protection. As a small business we cannot be responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they have been received faulty or damaged. If this is the case then please email photos of the damage to wildnaturecandles@yahoo.com and we will do our best to help. Any replacements will be sent to the original shipping address unless stated otherwise. Please allow 14 days for any returns to be processed. Returned goods must be sent by a reputable shipping service with a copy of the proof of postage. Without this a refund or replacement will not be issued. Keeping proof of postage may enable you to make a claim from the chosen shipping provider should it be necessary.
